Formist Green

Built by WeCarbon

The disclosure is drafted from your own documents

Formist Green is the sustainability flavour. It carries production skills for the standards a disclosure actually has to satisfy: CBAM, the GHG Protocol, CSRD/ESRS, CDP, ISO 14083, EU Taxonomy, LCA. A declaration comes out of your invoices, meter readings and shipment papers, with the AI citing its sources in the conversation as it works. Its carbon data sources sit here, and only here.

The regulated deliverables it carries

Each skill is a pre-trained workflow for one framework. Upload your own documents and Formist fills the official output, not a summary of it.

CBAM

Calculates embedded emissions and CBAM certificate costs, and drafts a validated CBAM declaration package for goods imported into the EU.

View details
GHG Protocol

Builds a Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse-gas inventory workbook against the WRI/WBCSD Corporate Standard, with a year-over-year comparison.

View details
CSRD / ESRS

Maps ESRS datapoints, runs the gap analysis, and produces the data-collection templates behind a CSRD sustainability statement.

View details
CDP

Pre-populates and validates a CDP Full Corporate Questionnaire response across all 13 modules, ready for ORS upload.

View details
ISO 14083

Calculates transport-chain GHG emissions and files the ISO 14083:2023 report across road, rail, air, sea and multimodal legs.

View details
EU Taxonomy

Assesses activity-level alignment against substantial contribution, Do No Significant Harm and minimum safeguards, and produces the taxonomy disclosure tables.

View details
ISO 14040 / LCA

Runs a Tier-1 cradle-to-gate life cycle assessment from Bill-of-Materials data and outputs an EPD-ready product carbon footprint.

Carbon and open data, connected only in this vertical

These sources sit inside Formist Green only. The rest of Formist runs without them.

DEFRA UK

UK Government greenhouse gas conversion factors: the default emission-factor set behind a corporate GHG inventory or product carbon footprint.

openLCA

Open-source life-cycle-assessment modelling, drawing on the Nexus hub's process and impact-method datasets for an LCA screening.

PACT / Catena-X

Product-level carbon footprints exchanged over the WBCSD Partnership for Carbon Transparency's Pathfinder Network and the Catena-X data space.

EU reference data

CBAM default values, EU Emissions Trading System registry figures and Combined Nomenclature codes, read from the EU's own reference registries.

Frequently asked questions

Which sustainability frameworks does Formist Green cover?

CBAM, the GHG Protocol, CSRD/ESRS, CDP, ISO 14083, EU Taxonomy and LCA, drawn straight from your invoices, meter readings and shipment papers, with the source cited in the conversation as it works.

Do I need a sustainability consultant to use it?

No. Formist Green is built for self-service filing: the average session to a filed report is about 15 minutes once your documents are connected, with a human reviewing the output before it goes out.

What happens to my data?

Carbon and open-data sources connect only inside this vertical (DEFRA, openLCA, PACT/Catena-X, EU reference registries); the rest of Formist runs without them, and nothing here is shared outside your own space.

Can it handle multiple frameworks from the same underlying data?

Yes. A GHG inventory or CSRD/ESRS dataset reuses the same activity data across CDP, ISSB/IFRS S2 and HKEX ESG, so one data collection exercise can populate several filings.

Is the output ready to submit, or just a draft?

Each skill fills the actual regulated file, the CBAM XML, the CSRD XBRL-JSON, the CDP ORS workbook, not a summary of it; you review and approve before it is sent.

How current are the standards it files against?

Each skill is built against the standard's current version (for example CBAM IR 2025/2547, SBTi Corporate Near-Term Criteria v5.1) and is updated when the regulator revises it.
